These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Gallagher.ae. By using our website, you agree to the following:
– Legal Entity: Gallagher Middle East FZCO (or relevant UAE entity)
– Products are priced in AED and include VAT.
– Payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Tabby.
– Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
– Delivery is provided locally in the UAE and internationally from South Africa and New Zealand.
– UAE law governs all transactions, and disputes shall be resolved under Dubai jurisdiction.
Intellectual property belongs to Gallagher and may not be used without permission.
Gallagher.ae offers local delivery within the UAE and international shipping from South Africa and New Zealand.
Local UAE Delivery:
– Courier: Aramex or DHL
– Delivery time: 1–3 business days
– Free for orders over AED X, otherwise AED Y
International Delivery:
– Shipped via DHL Express
– Delivery time: 5–10 business days
– Duties/VAT either prepaid at checkout or payable on delivery
Risk passes upon dispatch. Orders include HS codes and declared origin.
Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
Return Eligibility:
– Faulty or incorrect items only
– Contact support@gallagher.ae for authorization
Return Shipping:
– Paid by Gallagher for defective products
– Paid by customer for discretionary returns
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in AED, excluding import taxes if applicable.
Products are exported from warehouses in South Africa and New Zealand. All shipments will include correct HS codes, declared value, and country of origin.
Gallagher.ae complies with UAE customs laws. VAT (5%) is applied as required.
Customers are responsible for import duties and compliance unless prepaid.
Certain security-related products are excluded from UAE listings.
We accept AED payments via secure methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby.
All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways with 3D Secure authentication.
Prices include UAE VAT where applicable. Gallagher.ae does not store your card details.
Gallagher.ae complies with UAE VAT laws. All prices are displayed inclusive of 5% VAT.
If registered, our TRN will appear on all invoices. For international imports, customers may be liable for duties/VAT unless included in the purchase price.
Customs documentation will be provided where applicable.
All products carry a minimum 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse or wear and tear. For service, contact UAE support. If needed, products may be returned to the original warehouse.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
